OUR STORY
In 2000, a diverse group of parents and educators began meeting in North Oakland to share a dream of starting a new school.
Those founders talked about how they could design a school that respected and nurtured young learners.
They developed NOCCS's 10 Core Principles, which are still at the heart of NOCCS today.

3. REGISTER
Submit necessary paperwork for NOCCS : student records, immunization, recommendations, etc
4. FAMILY MEETING
You will be invited to attend a family meeting with the Head of School.
5. ACCEPTANCE
Finally, you will be notified about the status of your application and if your student has received a spot at NOCCS.
